The first facility (the Bed and Breakfast) is at the new house and hosts two bedrooms that overlook Seneca Lake, New York.
A delicious country breakfast is served each morning and our extensive patio provides a wonderful lake view to watch an early sunrise, or to enjoy afternoon tea or some wine and cheese.
A full moon rising over the lake is spectacular!

The second facility (the Waterfront Cottage - Cabin), for multiple day or weekly rental, is a post and beam construction from an 1860's barn, rebuilt on the waterfront.
- Sleeps 6 in 2 rustic lofts
- plenty of chairs to relax in on the extensive lawn
- 50 foot dock for fishing, swimming, or you can tie your own boat (launch facilities nearby)

- Rates do not include sales tax and may change.
- Both facilities are smoke-free.
